I had a great experience with Pioneer Global Services. The team was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions promptly and made everything smooth, simple, and easy to understand. I truly appreciate their support and would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and efficient assistance.
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I paid $880 in professional fees, plus Department charges (total approx. $1285), expecting competent representation from a registered MARA agent. Instead, the visa applications for my parents were prepared with serious omissions and poor attention to detail. Full travel history was not properly presented. National Identity Card information was missing. The Statement of Purpose was weak and failed to clearly address the genuine entrant requirement. These are not minor issues — they are basic and essential parts of a properly prepared visa application. Because of this careless preparation, both visas were refused. This has resulted in financial loss and unnecessary stress for my family. For the fees charged, the standard of work was unacceptable. I expected professionalism and expertise, but unfortunately experienced the opposite. I would strongly caution others before engaging this service.
Highly recommended, especially if you have lost hope in Australia. Trust their guidance without hestitaion or doubt. I will recommend Pioneer Global to anybody I come across in the future without hesitation. The service provided was above and beyond anything I had received from other migration agents, having gone through Pioneer global's experience and knowlegde was outstanding by comparsion. Their team considered all the options and chose the best option with the least risk. They were always calm and assured (I was constantly asking for updates as It was a very sensitive case and It was always responded by a very positive and assertive answer). Amar Sir, Anthony Sir and the whole Pioneer Team understood the process from start to finish and handled my case perfectly. Each of the team member is highly experienced, responsive and responsible; truly a masterpiece in the migration field. (Now a permanent resident, 190 Visa holder. I chose Pioneer Global over the other migration agents I had found and have not a single regret). Thanks again Pioneer Global.
