I would not recommend Promise Services and would advise others to exercise caution before engaging their services. I paid substantial fees in cash for assistance with my 482 visa process. However, I was not informed that my 482 visa sponsorship had been withdrawn by Towies Australia Pty Ltd. I only became aware of this after consulting another migration agent and independently checking the status of my application. I later became aware that the sponsoring company was unable to sponsor additional workers. This was important information that, in my opinion, should have been clearly communicated to me during the process. The lack of communication and transparency regarding these matters caused significant stress, uncertainty, and financial loss. I expected to be kept informed of any developments affecting my sponsorship and visa application. I strongly advise anyone considering Promise Services to request written invoices, receipts, and a clear service agreement for all payments made. It is also important to independently verify the status of your visa application and ensure that all important updates are provided in writing. Based on my experience, I do not recommend using Promise Services.
