I visited Pryor Tzannes & Wallis Solicitors to have some legal documents witnessed and signed. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a very warm and welcoming receptionist who assured me they could help straight away. I was soon introduced to Edwin Nelson, who greeted me professionally and made the whole process quick and easy. I didn’t have to wait long at all, and he walked me through everything clearly while offering helpful legal advice as well. The meeting was brief, efficient, and very productive — and I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn’t charged for the service. I truly appreciated the professionalism and kindness from the team. Avoid this law firm like the plague. Having unfortunately dealt with PT&W for some time, it seems clear to me that they have not even the slightest interest in resolving Family Law matters in a conciliatory and client-centric manner. They look to be only interested in driving revenue. Particularly Ms Helena Duckham. A lawyer who failed to file mandatory paperwork with the Court, but instead focussed her energies (and her client's money) on seeking to thwart proceedings in our Parenting matter. With management at PT&W happy to run cover for her. Run for the hills and avoid these charlatans !
We have been with the same lawyer for over 10 years and things were getting a bit stale. We needed fresh eyes and sharp minds to guide us through some upcoming complex issues. PTW was recommended to us and subsequently we have been exposed to a number of the team through updating our Wills, Power of Attorneys and most recently conveyancing of a property sale and subsequent property purchase.
