Bill and the Questra team have been nothing but supportive and understanding throughout my visa journey. They provided me with all the information I needed and made sure all of our deadlines given by the DOHA were met. They kept me in the loop and only contacted me when I needed to send over documents or provide information. My situation was quite complex and a bit messy and they guided me through it very comfortable and reassured me on top of that. It was worth every dollar I paid for it and I'd do it again if I had to.
