I had applied for extension of my partnership work visa as due to my job transfer I had to move from wellington to Auckland but my husband didn’t get his transfer at same time . His company were taking more than 6 months for his transfer to approve . In this time my work visa expiration was near so I applied for extension and it got rejected by immigration as my husband and I were living separately , me in Auckland and my husband in Wellington . He was waiting for his transfer . My colleague suggested me RBS immigration said they are good and that’s how I contacted Soon & Danish . They were amazing , I mean beyond what I had expected , because my case was so complicated immigration believed I was lying and that I have separated from my husband , and was asking for a new document every week , Danish and Soon were every week drafting new cover letter and helping me sort out the documents . Work visa usually take 3 weeks to get approved but immigration took 2.5 months to approve my visa . Imagine every week for these 2.5 months they were asking for new documents . These guys are amazing. I will again reach out to them when I am going to apply my resident visa .
