Going through a protection visa process is extremely stressful and confusing, but they were always there to guide me with patience, clarity, and real care. Of course refugees legal is the best for us because without refugee legal we’re nothing nowadays we’ve got the refugee legal that’s why we’re got the Permanent resident and couple days a go the refugee legal called to ask for my partner visa from Bangladesh refugee camp but I answered to them thank you for your guys asking me to apply for my partnership visa I already applied for my partner visa with the private lawyer and then they said if you anything help in the future please contact us at anytime and anywhere I’m deeply thankful for refugee legal lawyer SALIM

The staff is really rude.. i called so many times because the staff ask me to just keep trying to dial in, once connected the staff ask me to call again another days, only available wed and friday 10am-2pm, i call on wed since 10am and just connected at 12pm the staff ask me to ring back again another day.. I'm very disappointed with your service not really helpful.

Few days before i update Rilc addrees ,then i got automatic reply they would let me know once it updated ,but i didnt get any Notification , Refugee and Immigration legal center (RILC) photo is different , if i click that photo it takes to worng address , you need photo you can uploade Melbourne Polytechnic Collingwood Campus photo because Rilc on the same buliding
