My experience with Reliance was extremely positive. Due to my occupation code, which is not a typical one that migration agents usually deal with I got a rejection on my VETASSESS skills assessment with my previous agent. Then a friend recommended Reliance to me and Thilinika took on my case, even though it was very complicated. She did the documentation perfectly and I got a positive outcome from VETASSESS. She then also guided me and my employer when applying for our 482 visa, which was once again very complex due to my occupation and she got us over the line with it. The entire team was extremely professional, helpful and very knowledgeable throughout the process and was available to answer any questions I had (which was many!). They are on top of new legislation, actions things fast and are extremely empathetic to the stresses involved in applying for a visa.
