We applied for a partner visa through this company, and they charged us almost double the price of other agents. We thought that meant we’d be getting the best service — but we definitely didn’t. Our visa was declined, even for reasons that were completely their fault (for example, our wedding photos weren’t submitted, even though we had provided them). After that, they said they wouldn’t continue handling our case. They told us not to go to another agent, just to save money for the hearing and then go back home because “we wouldn’t get the visa anyway.” They even said that if the judge decided in our favour, immigration would just find something else to complain about. We decided to go to another agent (for half the price), who immediately found what they had done wrong and helped us prepare properly for the hearing. This new agent couldn’t even understand why immigration would want to find fault with anything if the case was strong and complete. After the hearing, everything went smoothly and we had no further issues with immigration. We are now Australian citizens. The whole experience with this company felt like a rip-off — chaotic, careless, and treating clients like they’re on a conveyor belt.

Absolutely pathetic service! I have been assisting both an Australian business client and employee immigration client in trying to get through the immigration/working process through this company. Their service is so bad it's almost as if they are sabotaging their clients or have no idea what they're doing. They are unorganised, unclear, unprofessional, poor communicators and the costs involved for everyone..... is just just disgusting! AVOID this business, their service is seriously painful, costly and unprofessional! Response to the owner. Many people do not use their names on Google for privacy reasons. You have other reviews left without full names and you are claiming this is a false review because it is a bad one (and an honest one). I am not your client, as I stated I am helping MY clients who have been dealing directly with your business. Your dealings are so unprofessional that people need further assistance to get through your "process". My clients would not dare to leave an honest review in case it affects the HUGE effort, time and costs it has taken from them to try and get through the never ending and infinitely changing tasks and requests made from your business. Perhaps check the interactions and timeframes your staff are making to confirm your services are professional.

I was looking for a migration agent,who was approachable and can clear my doubts about all steps for my residency.
