Respall Migration Australia assisted me from Day One. I have never been overseas but they managed to secure me a multiple entry Tourist Visa on November 2018. We also lodged our UK 820 (Temporary Partner Visa) with them and it was submitted on July 2019. Our Documentation Specialist Ms. Jennifer Lancero assisted us in our visa journey. She's very organized and hands-on. She was very thorough with the checklist requirements and made sure everything was well-explained, complete and accurate. She's very approachable as well. I had heaps of questions and clarifications during the application process but she managed to handle them very efficiently. We are extremely thankful to Respall for making our visa journey seamless. Adjusting to a new life overseas is no mean feat. Navigating life in the middle of the pandemic is another. Looking back, choosing them as our migration agent was one of our best decisions for sure. They saved us from all the stress of processing a visa application during the pandemic. We applied for a Temporary Partner Visa (820) but was granted a Permanent Resident Visa (801).
