I am giving one star because there is no option for less than that. Their service is so poor that one star is more. They don’t care about anybody’s future and visa. They are money minded. I was eligible for replacement stream temporary graduate visa but they said no you are not eligible for that go for 408 visa. I don’t know that they don’t know about the visas or they were misguiding due to any other reason.

Pathetic Customer service. Took 3 days to book an appointment and didn't get an appointment for the time I wanted. They sent us an email as per their suitability and ask us pay straight away otherwise this slot will be gone as well. Also, stating multiple times this is not free consultation even though I have mentioned I know its not free. What they are trying to convey I really don't understand.

My name is Kulwinder kaur.I visit this consultant to apply my family visa. They ask me to pay 920$. I paid them. After 1 and half month I inquire about the status. They did nothing. After when I ask to give up and ask my money back,they refuse to give me any money. Finally they refund only 400$.They are fraud. No one should visit them.

Once they charged the amount, they stopped attending our calls or providing any guidance. They completely misled us and left us halfway through the process. it's s not about employer it's about right guidance sir. U know very well what u did.
