I have been communicating with Jenny Murphy, SCA connect, for the past few months with regards to my 482 visa application. Jenny has been an amazing help to us! SCA Connect (Donna) helped me in getting my 482 visa approved in less than 3 weeks time (in 2023). She provided me with a detailed checklist of the documents I needed for lodging the visa. The process was smooth and she maintained constant communication with me throughout on emails. Recently she helped my wife for adding as a subsequent entrant on my 482 visa (in 2024). If you're going through a visa application you know it's stressful, and the stress is a lot worse if you are doing the application by yourself. Knowing SCA have done this thousands of times, and that they know the system inside out gave me piece of mind. SCA Connect were very thorough with my applications, and were easily contactable whenever I needed them. They were quick to inform me of updates on the status of all my applications, and if there was anything outstanding I needed to provide they would help me whenever possible.
