I had an extremely disappointing experience with this education consultancy. I approached them to apply for visitor visas for my mother and sister to Australia while I am living in Australia as an international student and sponsoring their visit. Unfortunately, it became clear after the visa refusals that the application had been handled very carelessly. The refusal letter indicated that my sponsorship was not properly presented, and my name was not even mentioned in the application as the sponsor. Instead, the application appears to have been lodged as a standard visitor visa without accurately reflecting our circumstances. On top of that, the documents were not properly reviewed or double-checked before submission. This level of negligence is unacceptable when people's visa applications, time, and money are involved. I trusted them to prepare the application professionally, but the lack of attention to detail had serious consequences. My experience with their service was extremely poor. I would not recommend this consultancy to anyone looking for reliable visa assistance. If you choose to use their services, make sure to review every single detail yourself before they submit your application.
