I had very high hopes when I decided to experience with this agent, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the beginning, communication was poor, they were slow to respond to emails and phone calls, I felt like they didn’t truly understand my needs. Also waiting days for a response. They seemed disorganised and missed several important details, which caused delays and added unnecessary stress to an already stressful process. I also felt like they weren’t proactive in offering solutions or guidance, and at times I had to remind them of things they had promised to do. I ended up feeling completely neglected. And I had to seek help from another agent to get things done properly. I would no recommend this agent to anyone and will not be using their services again.
