Unfortunately, the dear friend who answers the phones is not professional at all. Their style of speaking is not much different from the personnel who work in Iranian offices. They will not let you talk. I called them today and when I asked them if I could get a face-to-face consultation with Mr. Arian, their only answer was that we do not have private consultations at all. They did not say what alternatives they had and when I asked, they still answered with a raised head and asked, Are you not the same lady who called yesterday and I said no, this is the first time I am calling. And they repeated this question again despite my clear answer. My suggestion to the manager of the complex is to train all members of their team. One of the most important parts of a complex is the admin and reception, which should be respectful and professional. Thank you.
I have been a client of Select Visa for about a year and a half, and during this time they have truly made me feel like part of their family. The migration journey can be very stressful and requires a great deal of patience, and my case was particularly complex. Not many immigration companies were willing to take it on. However, after attending one of Damoon Aryan’s online consultation sessions (which used to run weekly for people in Australia and may still be ongoing), he was confident about my situation and encouraged me to contact his colleagues. I signed a contract, and after one and a half years, I successfully obtained my visa. My case manager was Mr Chegini, and I cannot praise him enough. He is polite, highly professional, and consistently responsive. Whenever I reached out to him on WhatsApp, he would always reply as quick as possible (no more than 12 hours), providing clear answers and reassurance. I am truly grateful to Mr Aryan, and especially to Mr Chegini, for their dedicated support throughout this process. One suggestion I have for the process is that it might be helpful to provide clients with their application number earlier. Waiting nine months without this information was a little challenging, and having it would have offered some extra reassurance. I fully understand there may be reasons for this, and as I trusted the team completely, it did not affect my overall satisfaction, which remains very high. Additionally, it could be helpful if the team occasionally reached out to clients who have been waiting for more than six months, even if only to confirm that additional time is required. I appreciate that they manage many clients in both Iran and Australia and are always responsive when contacted directly. A proactive update during long waiting periods could provide extra peace of mind and make an already excellent service feel even more reassuring. Once again, thank you.
Unfortunately, in the Select Visa group, the importance of the clients' time and cost has the last word. After going through the difficult and exhausting process and unprofessional and completely novice advice, I realized that the assessment was not careful about the field title and a field was chosen that the Select Visa group has not had any resumes to receive an invitation from so far. The question is whether a group that only really carries the slogan of professionalism as a slogan is actually testing and error on its clients or not? Wrong justifications and wrong guidance have caused me to suffer a lot of mental and financial burden for 2 years of time and numerous expenses. And currently, no one is responsible for this trust. The immigration process itself is a very stressful and difficult process. This is where it becomes clear how much wrong trust can harm a person's life and future. Wrong guidance is apparently one of the professional principles of this group, which only carries the slogan of professionalism with advertisements.
Warning About Unreliable Immigration Agencies I contacted this agency for a free immigration consultation. They asked me to send all my personal documents so they could review the best immigration options for me and provide a free consultation. However, after sending my documents, I received no assistance. Two months have passed, and they have not responded to my messages at all. My impression is that this agency may only be collecting personal information from individuals to use for other purposes, such as advancing other cases or gaining experience. Please research the credibility and background of any agency before sharing your personal information, and be cautious.

I recommended Select Visa to three of my friends for skilled worker and entrepreneurship visas.But I was surprised by the level of service they provided, given the amount of money their customers pay. One friend who obtained the entrepreneurship visa was pleased with the process initially, but upon arriving in Australia, they were encouraged by Mr. Arian to buy a franchise, which he supposedly owns one himself. I believe this is a conflict of interest and should be avoided by an immigration agency. My other two friends were applying for skilled visas but lacked sufficient language skills, causing them to fall behind in the process. They had to practically beg Select Visa for updates on their application and visa status. Select Visa forces customers to use their designated money exchange company for payments, without providing any clear benefit for doing so. Also, they imposes tight deadlines on customers, especially those who may not be as profitable for them. It's disappointing to see people being treated differently based on their financial status. Do not waste people's time by accepting their applications if you are unwilling to provide them with the services they deserve.
