I got to know about them through one of my friends and I decided to proceed with my PR process via service links My friend was a bit reluctant to hand me the contact info let alone share the name of the Business because he was being misguided by Mr. Venkat. However, I didn’t listen to him as his PR got approved and decided to continue with them anyway. They told me that they the fees would be paid in three instalments and to get started with the Service I need to pay $1500 plus GST for skill assessment and Eoi lodgement. I proceed ahead with the agreement and paid $1500 And got the process rolling with this skill assessment and once I proceeded ahead I was never contacted by them regarding my positive assessment. It was like Me having to chase them to get an update on what is happening it never was a Two way communication. Always been Myself seeking an Update sitting in the dark and oblivious to everything regarding my Eoi status. I did not get any calls/reminders for the next three years Until they sent a generic mail stating that the process has become very competitive and my EOs have expired and now I need to pay them another 1000 bucks plus GST To get the ball rolling in Lodging multiple new EOIs. Even if this was the last agency available in Australia to get the PR process started, I will not go to them. Highly not recommended.
