They took his case, he was still waiting for the shoe to drop. The Seven Law Group did exactly what they said they were going to do! CarMax repurchased the vehicle under the Lemon law and gave him back ALL of his payments (including his down payment) paid off Navy Federal!! This law firm is not reliable. They contacted me for a lemon law case, promise beautiful words during intake then i signed up. I completed all my paperwork’s and sent them all the requirements they needed. They said I have a good case and it’s moving. Then suddenly they drop my case. I don’t know the reasons and I keep calling them. They said they are gonna call me but no call backs! It’s totally a waste of time! You can tell that they are all about money and never really care about your case. Save yourself a headache and time, and hire other reliable law firm.
I had problems with my 2018 Dodge Caravan. I bought this van about almost 2 years. And it been sitting at the shop mostly the time I got it. I probably drove the van less then 6 months. The woman who was handling our case had very little communication. After 8 months of following her instructions to take the car to get looked at at infinity we get a call today saying they can no longer render us assistance because according to her CarMax said the issues don’t seem deemed of a settlement. Every conversation we had with her was written down to the tea. It’s very disappointing to know she dropped the ball. We took it to Infiniti the first time because it kept stalling and shutting off and we were told that there was nothing wrong with it, that they couldn’t replicate it. We took it a second time and they found out that the battery was slow so they replaced the battery And after a couple days, the car continued to stall while we were in a drive-through or at a stoplight. The third time we took it back and they said that they couldn’t replicate issues and that everything was fine. Finally, we told our attorney that they had said they couldn’t find anything wrong with the car. She said just keep service slips ect. We had to wait almost 3 months to get serviced by Infiniti because they were backed up and they didn’t have any loaner vehicles. Mind you we live in the high desert and the closest Infiniti is Valencia. Car continued to stall and lose power so I finally took it for the fourth time to infinity and after almost 8 months of going back-and-forth, they replaced the fuel pump. This is very unacceptable especially when it’s a high praise law firm. We try keeping constant communication with them And they took long to reply. Them i get a phone call after she said we were gonna resolve this matter and we got our case dropped very unprofessional and I would never recommend this law firm as they will leave you hanging dry.
If you don't specialize in an area where I did try to take my car in in writing to Car Max to have the lemon issues addressed several of them most importantly, the safety and service and the 90 day warranty were refused if you don't understand or have no comment therefore you have no zero qualifications whatsoever And do it lemon law I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. You are exploiting the lemon law and other car owners. If any side track they can’t handle and therefore do not take to this lemon law lawyer
Can’t say enough good things about this firm. I had a 2022 Tesla model s that gave me some problems. I really didn’t think I even had a chance because I thought It had to be much more problematic. None the less I got referred to seven law group by a friend and I gave it a shot. The process was super easy. After I sent in all the documents, I didn’t hear nothing for about two months or so (which had me a little worried) but then out of no where they gave me a call and said we won the case and are getting a full refund from Tesla. Got the check about 2 weeks after dropping the car off. Everything cleared and closed. Amazing group of people. They make it very easy. I worked with Brian, great guy.
