I could not be more satisfied with my outcome. Ryan and the Seven Law Group team handled business, straight up. They maintained their professionalism throughout the entire process, took all my calls/ questions, and set up a Zoom at my request to review documents I had questions about. Saved me on future repairs ***** All I can say be careful where u take ur vehicle for repair my truck was amazing truck but after taking to a low rated dealer location everything want down to c r p check light motor noice electrical dealer ignored me I had no choice but to ask for help if your in same setup situation as I am give them a call they will help you. It will take some time but it’s better than paying thousands of dollars out of your pocket and operate unsafe vehicle. Take care of your family thank you for your help
During a very difficult time, Seven Law Group really made the difference in my life. The entire process was streamlined. where other law firms are only taking cars from certain years, (essentially only taking cases that are easy to win). They took my 2013 SUV from CarMax. The entire process was done within 2 months. I had gone to at least five other law firms before. I tried this one, and all but one of them turned me down. Then the one that I went to before this one said they were going to take my case, and then 4 months later said never mind we can't take your case cuz the car is not new enough. These guys are professional. They're friendly. They're thorough. Everything was handled with ease on my end. I hope I never have to use their services again but if I do I'm definitely coming back.
WOW! I called multiple law firms about my issue with Carmax a 2018 BMW i had bought in 2023. All of them either wanted money upfront or a big cut from my Lemon case. Some said i had no case at all. I knew i did plus i had all my detail/records in order. I took 2 months before i spoke to Seven Law Group. With in a week (about Seven days) i got a call from my attorney at Seven Law telling me that Carmax was taking the car back and that i will get my funds back. They know there field well.
