I had the most ideal experience with Seven Law Group. I originally reached out to several lemon law attorneys regarding my certified pre-owned 2020 Ford Explorer ST but they either didn't answer me or didn't want to take on my case. Fortunately, I submitted an intake form from an Instagram advertisement for Seven Law Group. After a short phone call and sending the documents they requested I was notifed that they would accept my case. This process took maybe an hour and a half which was surprising. What was even more surprising was the fact that they reached an agreement with Ford to buy back my Explorer within a couple months. I was prepared for this to take around a year or so and was very thankful to have this taken care of so quickly. I doubt that every situation is resolved this fast so I consider myself lucky. Every person that I dealt with throughout the entire process was polite, informative, and very helpful. My wife and I purchased a 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan brand new off the lot with less then 10 miles on it. We purchased extended warranty and planned on keeping this vehicle until we paid it off. Unfortunately right away we started experiencing problems. We bought it up to the service department at Moss Bros Volkswagen in Palm Springs and were treated like we were crazy. I’m saying bye-bye to my 2024 GLE 63S coupe!! I feel like I was robbed purchasing this vehicle all the problems.
