If only I could give this law firm a rating in minus stars. very poor follow up service. I booked a consultation ($110 for five minutes) with mr. Samsher thapa to file a case he asked me some details i sent him through an email and after that there was no follow up, no phone no email whatsoever, I even called his office after few days just to remind him with my case and I was ready to proceed with it, his staff said he would remind Mr. thapa but i got no response. he completely wasted my time. I would not recommend this firm to any nepalese he is a waste of time.

Visit shamsher thapa and asso for my visa cancellation case but it was just waste of my time and huge hard earned money just gave me wrong advice and hope which neither help me nor show me right pathway to get my visa back Huge fees was charged for service given by Shamsher Thapa but later he pass my case to his another lawyer in his office without informing me. And at the end Shamsher Thapa even didn't attend my phone hearing by explaining his personal excuses and later his staff was calling me and asking extra $400 as a tax amount which wasn't discussed on first meeting conversation so they are just ripping student like us as we visit them coz we from place so they can give us better advice and help which is wrong it's just opposite, only focus on money. So it was my worst experience with them so guy be aware and save your time and money by choosing right one
