Absolutely horrible experience. After having Sharon as my immigration lawyer for over 5 years and an immense amount of lawyer fees (not by choice but due to the fact that she was the designated sponsorship lawyer of my employer) I experienced 0 care factor, overpriced charges and unprofessionalism. It all ended with my Permanent Residency Application getting refused, which after all these years was an absolute unexpected shock. I was heart broken and extremely stressed. After receiving the refusal email of the immigration (not even a call from Sharon) I have emailed Sharon with questions in extreme emotional destress. Her reply was emotionless and absolute careless stating that I will first have to pay 10K 'before she conducts any more time in my matter'. I couldn't believe it and have contacted This Is Australia Migration Agency who took over my appeal case and quoted me half of the price. The service, care and expertise of their entire team was incomparable! This is a properly & professionally run immigration agency with a huge team who are compassionate about their clients. Ernie, my new Lawyer ended up winning my appeal case and after almost 10 years I can finally say I got my permanent residency in this beautiful country and I am so grateful! I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I went through, so if you want to put your future in anyone's hands, contact This Is Australia! (Just look at their Google reviews!)

My husband and I highly recommend Sharon and her team. Sharon has been an angel for us and has always gone above and beyond. She has truly exceeded our expectations of a migration lawyer. During our darkest times when we thought that all hope had been lost (especially during 2020) which was an extremely difficult time for everyone during COVID – Sharon was there to give us hope and lead us out of the darkness. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude and respect for Sharon as she has secured a future for my husband and I, a future where we can now finally begin to build our life in Australia. Terrible service, very bad experience to clients. Sharon has been very rude and borderline negligent. They filled out a form and calling my mother 'deceased' when she is perfectly healthy! Must have gotten us mixed up with another client because we all look the same right? Do not trust your future in the hands of these 'migration agents'.
