In Jan this year, I received a NOICC 5days prior to my citizenship ceremony. I was really devastated by this news and luckily, my Partner found Mukesh Chand of Shivas Migration on Bark. In fact, I was blown away with how much Mukesh is well informed about this whole immigration ball game. He treated me like a brother, a son, a family, demonstrating strong empathy, listening ears and reassurance throughout the whole ordeal. He told me what to expect from the NOICC and how we are going to win at the Tribunal. My fear got better of me at some stage but Mukesh was always there. So, time came for the tribunal, Mukesh prepared me thoroughly for it and by the grace of God, we won the review at the tribunal and now my visa has been reinstated. For this, I say THANK YOU MUKESH CHAND, I wouldn’t be where I am today without you.
