We had a really good experience with Simply Visas. Shelley is outstanding and has been our point person since 2023. She's very knowledgeable and made sure to explain our different options to us, helping us understand the best path forward. She was also very sympathetic and helpful when I hit a snag with possible redundancy from the employer who was sponsoring my TR at the time. Shelley helped assess all my documts while applying for my 189 and gave me a lot of confidence during a process that is quite stressful. After 7 years in Australia, I can finally say... I'm officially a Permanent Resident. This journey wasn't easy.
