If I could only give 0 stars!!! We did our selling and buying with them and the level of anxiety I got , I cant even explain in words. We were recommended to them by Area specialist and trusted with their service. Our matter was handed by Parmeet which was a nightmare.. We would never get any updates, no reply to emails, no reply to text msg...always I had to chase them for an answer! We were doing simultaneous settlement and the service we got was just awful! There were bumps in every steps of buying/selling where I had a chase bank, agents and what not instead paying for a conveyancer! Only good thing happened was after Parmeet left, Anna assisted us and she was delightful, polite, responsive, attentive who made our purchase a satisfactory experience(from nightmare) I would give few more STARS only for Anna. Never coming back or recommending this firm to anyone! And I'm not a fussy customer , I let go of small things but unfortunately this wasn't one of them.
