Because I was very dissatisfied with the school I was attending during my student visa studies, and despite my repeated attempts to contact my agent, I couldn't get any improvements, I met Anise, an immigration agent at Sky, by chance. She offered me advice free of charge and helped me transfer schools. I officially became her client after completing my diploma course. Throughout my journey, from the 485 graduate visa, through the most frustrating "TRA skills assessment," to the last-minute recommendation to pursue an advanced diploma course due to changes in the immigration landscape, to analyzing my immigration points and encouraging me to improve my English until I submitted my EOI, I received an invitation from the state government for a 190 visa in November. In the six years since returning to Australia, I've used many agents, but none have provided the same level of service as Sky. I can always contact them with questions and find them readily available. Even when I felt confused about future immigration policies, they provided very comprehensive analyses based on my individual circumstances, which always made me feel at ease.
