After consulting with Mingzhi multiple times and receiving their patient answers, I chose to have my skills assessment, 189, and 482 visas processed there. The entire process was handled with great care and responsibility. We were fortunate enough to receive an invitation to apply for the 189 visa shortly after submitting our 482 application. Mingzhi even helped with the cancellation and refund of the 482 visa fee. Perhaps a bit of luck played a part; the entire process of receiving the invitation and visa was surprisingly fast. The whole collaboration was very pleasant. Highly recommended!

I want to give a shout-out to Mingzhi Education. I'm a cautious person, so before choosing an agency, I added many agencies on WeChat and sent them the same question in a group chat. Then I compared their responses. Finally, I chose the agency that suited me best. When asking questions: I saw some information on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) and asked if the agencies were legitimate. Some agencies were very impatient and told me to check the government website myself. Some agencies only told me the good side, like those people selling health products to the elderly. Only Dean Liu from Mingzhi was incredibly patient, analyzing the pros and cons with me. What impressed me most was that I would send several questions at the same time, and he would reply to each one individually. Some agencies selectively ignore certain questions, which is strange. Sometimes I would ask the same questions repeatedly after a while, and he would patiently explain them to me. Also, because of my work schedule, I sometimes bothered him late at night, but he didn't find me annoying and patiently analyzed the situation. In short, the application process was incredibly smooth. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

My friend has introduced me to Smart Choice after my previous agent failed to inform me the invitation I have got from Victoria for my visa 190. While my previous agent was so irresponsible and careless for their clients' visa application, I was impressed and stunned by how professional, responsive and dedicated the lawyer and the counsellors are in Smart Choice Migration Agent. Although I got a referral discount (my friend has also been applying the same visa and introduced the agent to me), I tried to pay them the full service price with the hope that they could take care of my case well and I would not have the same painful experience like in the past. I was happy to pay them the full service fee since their fee was very affordable unlike the extortionately expensive cost that the previous agent had charged me. However, Smart Choice refused to receive the extra fee I have sent them!!!!!! Still they have been looking after my application so well, responding to every inquiry I have through messages and emails, considering every risk and planning ahead so well during the application process!
