I've already wrote a review in the past which magically got deleted. This agency is away far from fair most of the reviews are from people never even had a agent. They asked me for 12000$ for a sponsorship and then confused Sydney with Melbourne and other rookies mistakes which cost me stress and money and times. I was followed by Pia Reyes I really don't recommend her and in general this agency. I have few mates they also left for the same reason.. they're not the agency that want you to beleave they are and I don't get anything in my pocket to leave bad reviews. If you want to have success go somewhere else. You will thank me later

This agency hides behind Adam’s image and good reputation, (but he retired, at least that was what the receptionist told me and they literally uses his image in all social media) but the actual service they deliver is far from professional. How can a lawyer be working on your case and still ask you on the phone, “What’s your case again? Which visa are you applying for?” That’s not just unprofessional—it’s unacceptable. And it doesn’t stop there. A friend of mine is close to someone who works at Solve Migration, and he told me that they literally asked people in online groups to leave positive reviews—even from people who were never clients. Don’t be fooled by the glowing reviews. Talk to real people who have dealt with this company before you trust them with your money, your time, and—most importantly—your future. They don’t just mishandle paperwork. They mishandle your dreams. That’s exactly what they did to me. I left reviews before that funny enough has despaired. But I will keep warning people as much as I can.

I tried to start a sponsor visa process with Solve Migration and it was one of the worst experiences I have had as a student. In my case, being yes, and like many, the sponsor processes not only depend on you but on your employer, the point is that after starting the first payment of 4,900 three weeks later my employer decides to cancel the process (payment made I) They told me that in order to give me a solution it would go to COVID visa and that it would cost me around 1000, that I should pay it or else they would deduct it from my payment of 4,900. As in the end there was absolutely no sponsorship process carried out due to the short period that passed, I asked if there was a possibility that a percentage of what I invested would be returned to me since paying that amount of money for practically nothing made no sense and that is when Already at the beginning the communication with this company was very bad, obviously it started to get worse, I tried to call them and send them an email, and so far I have not had any professional and serious response. Usha Sahu only responds ( We have sent you the statement of service which clearly shows the work done under your file.). I don't know what it means with the work done because absolutely nothing was done other than charging for a COVID visa for which they charged me 1,100. Regarding the sponsorship process, absolutely nothing was done. They can't even show me what exactly they say they did because they just did nothing. There is a lot of talk about immigration services to students and they tell you about how they can help you and see how you stay and millions of words that in the end much of that is not real and that is what they did, they showed me many ways of being able have a sponsor but in the end it is not as easy as they say.
I got my PR and it couldn't happened without their service, I was strugeling so much for the PR procedure, Adam just confirmed I already was eligible for the PR and I applied for that through his team. I had other agent before I met Adam, I already paid alot for his service and the visa procedure, he was not sure if I can get my PR, so I applied for 482, temproray sponsoreship one!! Long story short, home migration made it happened!! I have to say, how much I appereciate the service I recieved from their team. and they always supported me! Shabna was a sunshine in the whole procedure, and the way she called me to inform me I recieved my PR was in another level. She is so patient, knowledgable and kind, I called her several times while I was waiting for my PR, and had issue at work holding visa subclass 482, frustrated for the situation I had, and everytime she explained what I can do and what I should not to do. I admire them, I appreciate it... and I started the new chapter of my life with more of confidence! thanks Adam, shabna, and all the team for being helpful! cheers
