My company has used solve migration for quite a number of years, in that time they have provided first class advice and direction in three 482 visa applications and two 186trt PR visa applications with another 482 application soon to be lodged. Our agent has been Shabna Vasudevan she has always been very professional, organized, and dilligent in each application there is no doubt that without her expert guidance and documentation preperation we would not have had the success we have had. I’m leaving this review because my immigration case has been handled irresponsibly, and the consequences are still affecting me. I paid for support expecting professional guidance, updates, and careful document handling, but the process was poorly managed and communication lacked accountability. Even months later, I’m still dealing with stress and disruption caused by how my case was handled. Please be aware this people got lot of work and they can’t manage your case properly……..
