Paola is an extremely kind person. The appointment we had with her was excellent; she answered all our questions, gave us advice about our immigration options, and took much more time than she initially gave us when we scheduled the appointment. However, we requested a quote for the immigration process she recommended, but it never arrived, and despite writing to her several times to remind her, we never received any response.
