It has been an honor to have our application processed by Southern Stone. Kathy and her team are very hands-on about handling our Visa application. They work tirelessly to help us achieve our goal with minimal issues. The past couple of years has been hard for us and everyone because of the global pandemic and all the global conflict which is continuing to occur all over the world. COVID restrictions hit us very bad. Specially for us leaving our son back in our home country and him not being able to travel to Australia due to the implemented rules regarding travel. However, we've put our entire trust with Kathy and the entire Southern Stone team, and sure enough, we have our visas granted with a surprisingly quick turnaround. Choosing a reputable agency is crucial when handling immigration and visa applications. I was previously scammed by a so-called "big brand" long-established study abroad agency. What should have been a straightforward visa renewal was dragged out until the very last day of the visa's validity. They rushed me to submit the application online, only to find that the supposedly qualified agents couldn't even understand the basic online application process and question options. They then nonchalantly told me the online application failed for some reason and I had to go to the immigration office in person the next day. It's ridiculous! Why would I pay for such an agency? I hired them for professionalism, reliability, and peace of mind, but instead, I overstayed my visa by one day, leaving a record in the immigration system! The most absurd thing was that the immigration staff told me the record showed the agency's application failed because they had applied for the renewal based on my being overseas… These shady agencies are truly harmful; a single careless choice could change your entire life! Fortunately, a friend recommended Southern Stone, and Kathy helped me with my planning and overcame all obstacles! Southern Stone is definitely an experienced and reliable agency you can entrust with your case!

When i asked to my employer to sponsor my brother and his family to come to Australia,Kathy assisted in the process,and helped the process become easier for us. because of her great assistance, she helped my brother and his family be given their permanent visa in short period,myself and my whole family really thankfull to Kathy for helping in this process, she definitely knows a lot of things in any migration work. highly recommend her to everyone. 6 years ago Kathy also assisted in bringing 8 welders and 1 painter from the philippines with permanent residence visa and they are all Australian citizen now along with their families, Kathy is the reason why i only would go to her and not other agencies for migration process as Kathy has always provided us with excellent service. all in all I definitely recommend Kathy and her company SOUTHERN STONE for any migration matter two thumbs up.....

Kathy and her team did an amazing job on my case, they really felt concern about my situation and provided the best services I ever experienced , I am now happy to say that I am permanent resident .
