Dear Shaima’a, Thank you very much to you and the entire Spectrum MRC Settlement team for all the support and assistance you have provided to me and my family during our settlement journey in Australia. We sincerely appreciate your kindness, guidance, and the hard work of everyone involved. Your support has helped us greatly in building our new life here. I truly wished that I could meet you and your kind team members in person and thank you face to face for all your support. If it is meant to be, I hope we will have the opportunity to meet one day. Please pass on our heartfelt gratitude to all team members and staff. We truly appreciate everything you have done for us. Kind regards, Hanif
I had a great experience with this company. The team was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Their communication was excellent, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their dedication and high level of customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and quality service. Thank you for your outstanding support and professionalism.
I have been to Spectrum for more than 5 years. I like to go to the Filipino group because I feel happy, and enjoying the company of the group. For Ipad class, I am also enjoying to attend the class because I learn many different technics in technology. The most I like is the google lens. Now I know the names of the plants, trees, and flowers.
Spectrum is providing the worst APO service in country, and the worst customer service. Operators are unaware of the case managers, the never connect your call to anyone you ask. Will just answer you as you have called in a day off. if you are thinking of CSP with spectrum think twice before going with these people. No response at all after they get your money. Keeps asking for the same information provided 10 times. If your case officer is Grace Satmy then you're in the middle of a desert with no hope as she even doesn't read your email nor answer your calls. Just send you some e.ails to show the management she is active.
I have had a great experience with Spectrum. They were very helpful and supportive, assisting me every step of the way with my CSP application. Their team was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance, which made the process much easier for me. I appreciated their prompt responses and the personalised attention I received. Overall, I highly recommend Spectrum for anyone needing assistance with their applications or looking for reliable support. They truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to ensure success!
I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism I experienced. One of your staff members, who is Syrian and not a registered migration agent, offered to help me with immigration-related matters. Instead of guiding me through the proper channels, she suggested I come to her house. This is highly unprofessional and inappropriate, especially considering that her English was not sufficient to provide proper assistance. I expected to receive professional and qualified help through your service, not to be misled or placed in an uncomfortable situation. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that only qualified individuals are providing support, and that boundaries are respected at all times.
Make sure that you hold your course provider accountable at every step. I wouldn't also advise paying up front. I applied for RPL with an associated company of spectrum, Elise training, having worked with aged and disability for more than eight years. I also have a certificate 1V health and leisure - diversional Therapist. Manual handling etc. and a cert 111 in community service. When I applied for RPL I was directed to an associated orginization Ellise Training (Sydney office) I was told the process would take up to 2/6 weeks to recieve my certificate. During this time I was asked to supply evidence that I could carry out the work specified for the disability course, this I did at length and was more than happy to continue to supply evidence. I was also asked to have a series of paperwork signed by my direct manager supporting my evidence. This I did. I also had the General Managers signature of the company I worked also provide evidence of my experience. I was told this would be checked through and all being right I would recieve my certificate within a further six weeks. Not so at all. Elise Training suggested suggested that I would not have a problem. The training company Spectrum suggested that my completed modules did not match their training module codes. even though the modules I had completed were far more in depth and completed with a national peak body orginization. Yes I had the prior learning and experience beyond the course I was applying for. To date I have not revieved my certificate so I cannot work in disability sector until I do. I am currently out of pocket 1.500 dollars. This was my surprise! I will be updating my review with helpful hints and suggestions for people who may find it helpful to make a very big choice that will immediately affect your future. Who to train with! associated costs and questions that should be first clarified in writing to prevent any miscommunication pre and post commitment. Thanks so much Spectrum Victoria for getting back to me. It is much appreciated. . Thankyou Cara in administration Queensland office for your prompt responses and assistance provided. Richard. 1. Google your training orginization and see what current and former students and employees experiences were like. 2. Always ask for anything said to be documented, this is the agreement you are entering into, you do not want supprise endings and there is always something that will go unexpected Request for a face to face interview this may assist an assessment officer a more complete method of evaluating your qualification and depth of ability and working knowledge
