We wasted ourTime, Money & Effort. Only this June, two of our Partners who were going to Poland were denied Visa Applications and the reason was that the consul doubted the true nature of the work permit from Stedfast's Spolka Jobnest. We asked Stedfast and their response was SORRY and that it was the sole discretion of the Consul. So that's how the 300k flew like a bubble. The wrong thing was, we trusted their beautiful words. We did research and went back to BLS to ask. BLS said there are many fake work permits now being given by consultancies to go to Poland, that's why Stedfast still needs a fixer in the Philippines. 20k each for each Partner who was not told or discussed at first. When we got back to the Philippines for the application, that's what they said. Even with our current work in the Middle East, we had a problem because the instructions of Stedfast said that we were unemployed in the BLS Poland Visa application even though it was not true, then the employment certificate was changed. Now call the Company, the Poland Embassy. It was hard for my Partner to reach out. When you are denied, they don't even know anything about you. Especially with DIANE, who is still very busy, as if we should always adjust to her because she is super busy. We are already in the Philippines, so the Partner's appointment is only a few days away, but Dianne is not even able to ask about the BLS application because she is so busy. Good luck to you, my countrymen. I just shared my experience with Stedfast for those who are planning to join them.

⚠️ BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY ⚠️ They will message you on facebook and immediately start convincing you to visit their office. They will tell you it’s better to go there so you can talk in person. Once you arrive, they will strongly persuade you—even bringing God into their convincing. They will ask for a one-time payment of 7,500 AED, and this does NOT include hidden fees such as: * Visa slot (around 12,500 PHP) * Dummy ticket * Insurance * And many other extra charges These fees were NOT clearly explained during the application process. They will also require you to return to the Philippines for visa appearance, saying it’s difficult to apply in the UAE. But the truth is, it’s difficult because the documents they prepare are not strong enough. At first, they will assist you. But the moment your visa gets denied in the Philippines, they will stop responding to your messages. Imagine—7,500 AED is not a joke, plus all the hidden fees they never declared! Justine Medina, you seem so kind on Facebook, even involving God in your persuasion—but this is very misleading. If I hadn’t followed up and coordinated with Robby, who calmly said she would handle renewing my working permit so I could apply again, I wouldn’t even have that information. They said it would be renewed in July or August—but until now, there is no update at all. They are very dishonest. Until now, nothing has been resolved. You already know that Taiwan is the only place where your process is strong—so why encourage applicants to apply for other countries if you cannot properly support them? Don’t you feel any sympathy for your fellow Filipinos who spent almost 300,000 PHP for nothing? I even commented once on your Facebook page to raise my concern—and you blocked me immediately. This is how you handle your clients’ problems
We reached out to inquire about visa processing—fees, timeline, and the overall process. From the beginning, we were assisted by Justin from Steadfast, who initially seemed polite and asked for our availability, which my partner provided. However, the tone of the conversation changed during the call. After hearing my partner’s current salary, his attitude noticeably shifted. Instead of clearly explaining the process, he immediately questioned whether we could afford their full service fee upfront. To be very clear—we can afford the fees. In fact, our financial capacity was never an issue, and it was inappropriate to assume otherwise based on one person’s salary alone. He also commented on my partner’s manner of speaking, saying she seemed “not in the right state of mind” simply because she wasn’t enthusiastic. He even said something along the lines of, “Why do you sound like that? I’m calling you on my day off,” which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. This was only brought up after hearing her salary, making it come across as dismissive and judgmental. To clarify, he was the one who asked for my partner’s availability and scheduled the call. Bringing up that it was his day off, as if our inquiry was an inconvenience, was unfair. At the same time, our time was also wasted—we expected a professional consultation but received poor treatment instead. Not everyone communicates with high energy, and that should not be used as a basis for judgment. What was more concerning was how the tone shifted after hearing her salary, as if that alone determined how we should be treated. Again, we can afford the service without issue. If we couldn’t, we wouldn’t have reached out in the first place. What we expected was professionalism, clear guidance, and respect—but unfortunately, that was not what we experienced. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and ensures their staff treat all clients fairly and without assumptions. My partner deserved better, and so do future clients.
⚠️ WARNING ABOUT THIS AGENCY ⚠️ Be careful if you are contacted by this agency on Facebook. They will quickly try to convince you to visit their office, saying it’s better to discuss everything in person. Once you’re there, they will strongly persuade you—sometimes even using religion to gain your trust. They will ask for a one-time payment of 7,500 AED, but this does NOT include several additional costs such as: • Visa slot (around 12,500 PHP) • Dummy ticket • Insurance • Other extra charges These fees are not clearly explained at the beginning. They may also tell you that you need to return to the Philippines for your visa appearance, claiming it’s hard to apply from the UAE. In reality, this is often because the documents they prepare are not strong enough. At first, they seem very accommodating. But once your visa gets denied, communication suddenly stops. 7,500 AED is a big amount, especially when combined with all the hidden charges that were never properly disclosed. To Justine Medina: you come across as kind and trustworthy online, even involving God in your approach—but this can be misleading. If I hadn’t followed up myself and reached out to Robby, I wouldn’t have received any update. He mentioned that my work permit would be renewed so I could reapply, possibly by July or August—but until now, there has been no progress. This situation remains unresolved, and the lack of transparency is very concerning. If Taiwan is the only place where your process is reliable, why encourage applicants to apply to other countries without proper support? Many Filipinos are spending close to 300,000 PHP with no results. That’s not a small amount. I even tried to raise my concern on your Facebook page, but instead of addressing it, I was blocked. This is how client concerns are being handled!!!

I would like to share my experience and observations regarding this agency to help others make an informed decision. The service fees they charge are quite high and do not reflect the quality or results one would reasonably expect. Despite being well aware of Poland’s recent reduction in work visa issuances, they continue to encourage applicants to proceed, which feels misleading and unethical. In terms of communication, responses take an unusually long time, often several weeks or even months. When follow-ups are made, the usual response is that they are busy, without any genuine effort to show concern or professionalism. At times, their tone appears dismissive and lacking in courtesy. When feedback is provided for improvement, it is simply ignored, and the same behavior continues. Many applicants reportedly do not receive working visas, yet the agency continues to post attractive advertisements that appear designed to draw in more hopeful applicants. Such practices raise serious doubts about their transparency and integrity. In my view, their actions reflect a lack of accountability and respect toward clients. I advise anyone considering their services to exercise caution and conduct thorough research before proceeding.
