I have been consulting with Stepping Stone since last 4 years almost and my experience with their services has been exceptional. They have always given the right guidance and have treated with value, answering any queries I would have in regards to any visa, throughout my journey from student visa to permanent residency. Before coming across Mr. Gaurav and his team, I have had already spoken to around 11 Education/Immigration consultants in Melbourne (Some very famous ones as well), but SS shared some information related to course selection (Which I already have figured out 50% through my own research ), which no other consultant other than SS have had shared so far in Melbourne, and this indicated that SS have authentic and right information and knows what they are doing based on facts. Highly recommend their services.
Edit: Hey guys!! Here I'm expressing my views again. I've got my nomination & 186 visa granted in 9 months. Isha & Gaurav were in touch with me the entire time, they have managed to handle me during my stressful time & my happy times :) That is what a good agent would do. Things were managed on a timely manner with extreme care on all our documentation. We're family of 3, and everything was updated to the point. Before coming to Stepping Stones I had visited several agents and they were ready to consider my case on a trial basis but Gaurav sir assured me regarding my Skills Assessment and my degree was successfully assessed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I have excellent experience with the whole team and definitely will use their services in future as well. The case manager was very professional and helpful. Most of the time, she was ahead of me for my application. She checked all my documents before lodging the visa to the immigration, and I got my visa less than the expected number of days.
