I reached out to Danijela based on social media recommendations and reviews. So I believe this review can help someone. I was disappointed with the visa services provided by Danijela. Despite explaining the background for my parents’ visitor visas, the application prepared did not address those issues directly. I feel it was also rushed and had errors/missing information. I ended up writing a new application myself, clearly responding to the issues — and my parents were granted their visas as a result. I had also followed advice involving additional costs, which ultimately seemed unnecessary. I expected more thorough and tailored support given her marketing. Would not recommend for complex cases.

I highly recommend Danijela and her team I can't even begin to express how grateful I am that I recommended her, whenever I had questions or anything that was worrying me in relation to any viza I was applying for she was always there to help.
