The worst experience of my life with Student World. My student visa was rejected and I feel my application was very poorly handled. I never received real support during the process, and my application was never properly reviewed. What I wrote for immigration was never corrected or checked by them. During the process they stopped responding to many of my emails. After the visa was rejected, they also did not answer my questions or provide clear explanations. I was never even able to see my own application because it was submitted directly by a migration agent. When I requested my money back, it was very difficult. They took a long time to respond and kept asking for more and more documents. Only after insisting many times and being very firm did they finally return my money. I feel they do not care about the investment or the effort people make in this process. I do not recommend doing this process with them.
