I want to say a huge thank you to Agnes and Walter for everything they have done for me. They have been with me every step of the way. They helped me get my student visa, then my permanent residency, and finally my citizenship. No matter what happened or how hard things got, they were always there to help me and guide me. I'm a student from China, and now have successfully received my offer and visa, thanks to Studynet. I felt very luck to meet with Rosa on Chinese social media platform Xiaohongshu in early November, who performed the most professionally and effectively among the total 5 agencies I contacted. She and the Studynet team helped me with my major and university choosing. Instead of persuading me to spend an extra year and extra money carrying the foundation programs of those universities with higher QS rankings, they introduced me of RMIT and its undergraduate program, which I found perfect for me! I would highly recommend Alex and his team (Rachel and Agnes) to anyone looking at applying for a VISA here in Australia, no matter how difficult you may think it is. We previously had received two refusals through other agents on our VISA however Alex thoroughly analysed the situation and came up with a plan. He identified the key areas that we needed to address and the documents required to support this. He encouraged and supported us along the way helping us overcome multiple hurdles faced.
