I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Success Education Consultancy regarding my recent visa application experience. The customer service I received was subpar, characterized by long response times and a lack of clarity in communication. I felt misled about the timeline and requirements, which added unnecessary stress to an already complex process. Despite reaching out multiple times for updates, I often received vague answers or no response at all. This lack of support has left me frustrated and concerned about the future of my application. I expected a higher level of professionalism and support, especially given the stakes involved in the visa process. And lastly the person who answers the phone call need to learn ethics of customer service I wasn’t expecting this thing
