Yes, visa rejection happens, but as a courtesy these guys should inform the applicant by phone or at least text. When I did not heard for few weeks I enquired about visa progress. I got reply that visa was rejected many days ago and e-mail sent to me. E-mail which I never received. Ok that's fine, I asked this particular person any other option to get my neice to apply again. No response he ignored me. If he required more money, he should have just ask for it rather than ignoring customer. When I text him about this all he answered me not to forget that applicant have visa rejection previously. Hang on, that is why I needed expert advice. And if he was that sure, visa was going to be rejected, why did not he refused to apply, instead he gave us hope. Poor communication and customer service I would say.

Himalayan Business Group (HBG)located in Dickson, Canberra is one of the best migration agents that we ever have encountered in our stressful journey leading up to securing permanent resident (190). All members of the team are hardworking, knowledgeable and very helpful. The fees they charge is nominal. Come and check with the team yourself and find it out for real, what I mean by nominal. They are responsive to any little queries that you might have be it over the phone or over the desk. They don’t cut corners, they are detailers !!! The services rendered in any matters related to migration or immigration is just awesome. I want to write more about them but I am afraid that the words are just too cheap to comprehend, to Keep it genuine for the great job they do.
