I visited John at the start of the year (February, if I recall correctly). He took a step back and reviewed my situation from scratch. He noted that I was indeed eligible for a PR route that a migration agent that I had previously consulted had told me I was ineligible for (this cost me 7 months!). I would like to apologize for being late to the appointment. I'm not usually late, it was beyond my control today. Secondly, I did not mean to offend the agent (John) by calling my dad and including him in the conversation from long distance. I have done this many times with agents before so that my parents are aware of the agreements and fees. After all of this mess, John refused to help me extend my visa and offered me not to pay for the session. Thanks for considering my financial situation. Unfortunately, this agent won't help me.
