Although I was recommended my friend who had the best experience in applying her permanent residence, I also made my research before contacting Success Migration Australia (SMA). Towards the end of February, I contacted SMA regarding a student visa renewal. John, a migration agent who works at SMA , was quick at responding email even if it was a holiday. He is also knowledgeable on visas and communicates efficiently through emails and online meeting. I was amazed by his work ethic and his dedication that he showed during the process of my visa. He made things work, despite I was left one week and half left before my visa expired. I can't still believe that he made the impossible possible for me. I seriously could not have done it without him. Thank you John for your strong work ethic. I'll definitely contact you in near future any further migration queries.
John's hundreds of 5* reviews are to be trusted! Consulted him initially because I was unsure if I was eligible for a particular visa (485), and have been told by multiple parties that it was not possible but John dispelled the myth and confusion with his accurate knowledge of the requirements. He convinced me that it was possible and he has previously done it for other clients with the similar situation. (I liked how he charged 50% of his agent fee first and will only collect the other 50% when the visa is granted/full refund if it does not go through.) I trusted John with the application process and it went very smoothly Alas, I was granted my visa within 1 month of applying! His expertise and advice really saved me a lot of unnecessary worry and trouble! (Was considering applying for expensive further studies before I met John)

After a lot of struggle and multiple visas in Australia we (me and my hubby) finally got to the point where we could apply for a PR, unfortunately things got complicated during Covid and we were looking for some help. Finally PR is granted. what a long journey, i would like to truthfully thank to John (Success Migration Australia) who helped me out and guided through all the process. Not once visa , various visa since I finished university and he even applied visa for my son where he was out side of Australia at the time.
