This is business is bit shady and try to exploit you as much as possible. I doubt people affected by them make any review or complaint. The reason may be because of their prospect of staying in Australia can be negatively impacted. They may get away in India but not long enough in Australia unless they change their attitude and practice. The solicitors next door are much better people. Anyone affected please make a complaint with OMARA. These guys are not a solicitor or lawyer. Cannot attend court or filing. They can only fill out forms. Found out later not when I walked in. I walked in to their office at Toongabbie looking for a legal professional (solicitor or lawyer) to talk. I explained my requirement. For that I am been told to pay the fee and appointment will be scheduled. Nothing can be discussed untill i pay. Once paid they did not even bother to contact me or update me until I requested refund after two days. How to trust them when they can’t even get it right on booking an appointment. Lucky I didn’t fall on their trap got out early.
