I'm fortunate to have found this immigration agent Joey and her team. My complex history and the reduced local government quota made my journey challenging. Despite the seeming complications, Joey clearly explained that my case was straightforward. Joey calmly clarified what couldn't be done without giving false hope. She remained professional yet compassionate. Her well-informed advice ensured that every decision moved my case in the right direction. Previously, other agents and consultants provided conflicting answers, leaving me more confused. Joey and her team Yulia and Jennifer responded promptly, proactively, and meticulously identifying mistakes in my previous paperworks done by other agent that could have escalated into bigger issues.
