Last August 2025 we try to get our daugther for Australian Citizenship, it was a little bit hard since she was born in Philippines. Then December 2025 my partner got a message from immigration that they need more documents or evidence for the papers. So my partner look for immigration agent and he find out Ms. Hazel on google to ask some help and others too. So on the next day, she give us some requirements to be needed and so on to be pass with. We comply everthing and Hazel send all the documents to immigration last December 22, 2025. We was very lucky to hear the great news this January 16, 2026 my daughter got her Australian Citizenship, and now waiting for that Certificate to be delivered with the immigration. Hazel, did a really great job to guide and help us. She was very kind too and she response quickly. I highly recommend her if you guys trying to get a visa, any kind of visa... I'm very much a do it yourself kind of person. But I have learnt that at times it pays to enlist the service's of a professional and in this instance I'm very pleased I did.
