Had this agent(gaurav) since 2020. He had very good experience on getting admissions, transfers, etc. But he failed to do my EOI nomination 491(WA) properly. I applied family sponsor and 491 in WA. He did not verify properly my application and submitted that I'm living in Victoria instead of WA. Because of this simple mistake I lost my pre invite for 491 today, as I waited since January 2023. People who applied with same points at same time got emails except me. Now I lost all my hopes. He completely destroyed my documentation. Later I proceed with another migration lawyer. My humble request for everyone is to verify and double check twice with these kind of agents as they are not confident in what they doing. Gaurav please stop advising people if you aren't confident in immigration matters also as you are not a migration lawyer yet. I highly recommend everyone who wants to file their nominations in future, please go with certified migration agents. Please do not try to reply this review, if you still want to do, you are shameless. I'm so pissed of with your work done to me. Not only that, you charge more money than other agents for small things. Lacking areas you need to improve is,You needs proper training. Poor staff. Providing accurate information in timely manner.
Amazing ! Superb ! Excellence are the words that come to my mind when I write a review for Gaurav ( our saviour ) on the journey to Visitor Visa to Australia. Gaurav is extremely professional and committed when it comes to signing up to a task . My story starts with a distraught situation that I was in when I had reached out to Gaurav and asked for his help for one of the visas . Gaurav was right on the money as he was able to quickly assess my case and suggest me an action plan to get success. That gave me confidence to proceed for my case with him . As I moved ahead I observed that Gaurav was very detailed when it came to giving advice and was also cognisant of the fact that I had lost a lot of time which is why he time boxed the list of activities that were needed to performed by him and me like preparing and reviewing the application, gathering and refining the information that was being submitted to the department and the relevant submissions . This raised confidence and strengthened my trust in him . Over the course of the process I also found that Gaurav doesn’t mind spending extra hour or two after hours to get the tasks across the line which gave me even more confidence and told me that I had hired the right person for what seemed at that point as the toughest job . I also found Gaurav very knowledgeable as he understands what information is required for the application to make the case stronger . Over all it was an amalgamation of all of the above as in talent , professionalism , diligence , sincerity and above all his trait to empathise with his clients to understand their plight which made us succeed in the process and will in turn allow me to get together with my family . Gaurav at TCM global is extremely knowledge and experienced. He was very helpful and guided us through each step when applying for a tourist visa for my brother. The team at TCM Global is very supportive. My brother’s tourist visa was declined twice before this.
