We have nothing but good words to say about Hannibal and the team, from the offset Hannibal was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Every step of the process Hannibal was thorough and always communicated all aspects of the process to us, despite us being in the UK and dealing with the time differences. He was always there to reassure me. We never thought it would be possible to be granted a permanent residency visa and Hannibal and the team made our dream come true! Thank you again to you all!
Before finding Thames Migration, we were nervous about starting our visa application process again after having had a bad experience with a different migration agent 5 years ago which cost us a lot of money after they gave us the wrong advice. After much research and speaking with several agents I spoke to Deepika who immediately gave me confidence and we have absolutely no regrets in choosing Thames Migration for our recent successful 870 visa application. Deepika is extremely professional and knowledgeable and she guided us calmly throughout the process. She was always easy to contact and very proactive at every stage of our application. Her advice was spot-on and she managed to procure our visas in time for us to begin this next phase of our retirement in Melbourne with my son, his fiancé and their new-born baby girl - my first grandchild. Ok..here is my experience and I think others may have had the same. Firstly when you call them you never get through on the call..however Deepika then calls you back and says she has missed a call. Deepika then took my details and told me she would get back to me. I then sent a bunch of info to them and had not further response. So I called again and had exactly the same as before..missed call and a call back..spoke to Deepika and she apologised and said she would get back to me within 3 days... after 5 days no response. So called again and exactly the same thing..missed call and then a call back and a promise of a response. After 3 weeks of trying I eventually got fed up. I suspect that if your case is a simple one they might make an effort to take your easy money, but anything a bit more complex they just ignore you.
Thames Migration initially told me that I wouldn't be eligible for an Australian visa because I don't have a degree. However, when I enquired further about this I was given a free consultation, to discuss options, and found that there was a way to apply for a visa and be successful. This type of information isn't shown on official websites, so it was good to receive advice on what I needed to do and that a successful application is possible. I commenced the processes as advised and have now been successful. Thames Migration helped through every step and even contacted states to inform them of my skills, which is when I received sponsorship. They offered to have calls with me anytime to explain things and kept me well informed. I doubt I would have been successful without their help and I thoroughly recommend them.
An absolutely incredible organisation. We were told by other agencies that our dream of migrating to Australia simply wasn’t possible but Hannibal and Deepika had such a fantastic depth of knowledge that they were able to explain to us a viable pathway to permanent residency. After been told that we were not eligible for a skilled visa by a different migration agent, we turned to Thames Migration. During the initial consultation Deepika at Thames Migration covered all of the aspects of the 491 visa and guided us through the visa process. She clearly communicated every aspect of the visa and gave clear answers to all our doubts and questions. Deepika and the rest of the team were very polite and patient throughout the whole process, and was ready to answer any question at any time. We got the visa in about 3 months and the whole process went smoothly. I highly recommend to contact Thames migration if you are planning to Migrating to Oz.
My partner and I were recommended Thames Migration, in particular Deepika, by a friend that had received visa approval through Thames. Having looked at potential visas for myself, I was unsure of which visa would be right for me to move to Australia to be with my partner, but after my initial email, Deepika laid out my options in a clear manner including options I didn't think I was eligible for. Deepika and Hannibal have been fantastic throughout the process of obtaining a 309/100 visa; providing expert knowledge, and reviewing all documentation before submission.
