Very sad to have to write a bad review for The Advocate. Initially I was referred to the Advocate as a friend of mine used them successfully for an ACC dispute. To begin with they were really good, prompt and got things moving with a major issue I was having with MSD. Then....crickets. I can only assume they failed to complete what they said they had done, and after goodness knows how many times I followed with them I was completely ghosted. I've tried calling, emailing, texting - multiple team members. Finally got through one day and they assured me they were still working for me. Then again, multiple calls, emails gone ignored and so I have had to give up - with thousands of dollars still in question and no idea what path I should take now. As a single mum, trying to build a business with ongoing disputes for multiple years now - yes I started this process back in 2023, this has been the most stressful situation to deal with. MSD are easier to deal with.... and that's saying something! If I could give a 0 star review I would.

Kevin Murray went missing in action. Let me down, didnt do what he said. Stuffed up my ACC and no communication prior to an ACC mediation otherwise I would of picked it up. After a half arsed mediation without tackling what he was actually engaged to do and promised me he would do he ignored me, didnt answer phone calls or emails. Terrible person who is about the easy way, stuffs up and takes the fast ACC money then leaves you to sort out his mess. One star is far to much for this slack individual with false promises. Peng Sun who left a 5 star review. You work for Kevin right? Why are you upping his reviews?

The Advocate, well they are totally useless. The reality is they say they have done something and in fact they have just been lying to you for 12 month!!! There team has little to no legal qualification. They are unprofessional, rude and not worth using. They never answer phone call or emails, and when you do get hold of someone they say that they will ring you back and then nothing. My recommendation is use a professional lawyer someone legit. The Advocate might have a shiny website that says they will do everything for you but in reality, it's a smoke screen to disappointment.

The Advocate is a fantastic Legal firm which deals with ACC related manners, Employment matters, MSD matter , Immigration, Kevin Murray and his fantastic team do great work, I highly recommend The Advocates services 5 Star rating from me
