Jennifer has been a great help for me. I was planning to lodge my own visa and I'm aware that the process will be a very simple step for my visa application so I thought I could do it myself. Long story short, I met with Jennifer and I was asking her regarding my visa application and asking for a bit of knowledge for my own peace of mind. Jennifer insists on helping me to lodge my visa. I was thinking why not and I have made the best decision in my life. Contact her at 11.15pm and she replied to me straight away! Provided all requirements documents and she did her magic, by the time 11.28pm my visa had been lodged and automatically granted ! I was surprised and never had this kind of experience before as previously I was dealing with another agency and they charge me their professional fees and need to wait for almost 4 weeks to be granted. Jennifer and Kim were both absolutely amazing through the process of obtaining a partner visa.
