I had a wonderful experience with Jennifer and Kim. They listen carefully. They are honest. They respond back quickly. They approach you in time if something needs attention. They follow up with you. Very reliable. I recommend. Long story, I had my 482 rejected from some other agent but Jennifer took over 190 and made sure everything is in order for approval. I did get my approval on 190 through Jennifer.
