They clearly have a strong understanding of the immigration process and its requirements. However, I must be candid that the initial phase of my application was quite stressful. The consultant originally assigned to my case was not proactive, and communication was very slow, often leaving me feeling uncertain about my status. It was a frustrating period, and I understand this person is no longer with the company. The entire experience transformed for the better when Surbhi took over my file. The difference was night and day. Surbhi's attitude was a breath of fresh air; she was incredibly professional, positive, and attentive.
