I wish I could give zero stars. I had an appointment with Shamsher today regarding my visa issue. I went in with hope because they constantly boast on TikTok about being the “perfect” migration agents. I already knew my visa situation was serious, but I still wanted to try. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. From start to finish, the staff were arrogant and uninterested. The appointment lasted barely five minutes, and it was clear that Shamsher had no real interest in helping me. He offered only one piece of advice—which, after double-checking with another migration agent and researching online, turned out to be completely incorrect. If he wasn’t interested in assisting me, why did he even accept the appointment in the first place? I had already wasted $150 at their Hoppers Crossing branch a few months ago under similar circumstances. Foolishly, I thought their city branch would be better, but I was wrong. They’re just taking advantage of hardworking students, charging high fees for useless consultations. To make matters worse, one of their staff members gave me a rude attitude over a toilet key, which I used after waiting there for at least 25 minutes. He was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I would really like a refund because the only advice I received could have cost me my future. Paying $150 for a five-minute appointment with misleading information is an absolute shame. At the very least, they should have some fear of God!
