I don’t understand how my review was deleted where I shared my story.. (Written around a year ago)I usually don’t do reviews but today I have to write since I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the inconvenience so I’m writing if it can help someone. So since I’ve come to Australia, I have always been a client of this immigration. When I came to their office for the first time, I met Bajwa sir and I requested him to help me get enrolled in Diploma of Nursing, and they got me enrolled in diploma of nursing which I finished last year in February. My visa was going to expire in March but I got in touch with the staff in January so that they could help me get bachelors of nursing but honestly, the negligence that they showed was unbelievable. So eventually, I ended up getting graduate diploma of learning in a college which was just after money of overseas students and applied for visa extension and my visa got refused so I had to appeal to AAT. They asked me $1000 for that and I paid amount without giving it any second thought because I still had trust in them. After that, I kept on requesting almost everyday to help me get bachelor of nursing because my main purpose was to continue my studies in the same field… I used to go to the office as well.. but in vain. I had 8 each and still I didn’t get any benefit.. Finally, I had to change agent and guess what?? As soon as I changed migration agent, I got bachelor of nursing with their help and I transferred my AAT with them as well. As I am an international student, it’s sometimes hard for me to manage things financially, so I asked them for refund, but they didn’t give any refund of the AAT money. So now, my bachelor study is going to start in March so I texted Parminder sir 15 days back on 16th January to help me get transcript from the college as I need it as an evidence of continuation of my studies. I had to ask him because the college that they have got me enrolled in is just after money and that’s it. The college is not giving me transcript because they just want me to keep paying them money.. It’s been so many days since I have been trying to talk to Parminder sir but he is just simply not answering and I have been calling and calling and I have not got any callback or anything. Like seriously??? What kind of service is this??? I’m an overseas student. Do you even understand the pressure and stress that we have to go through? I am feeling literally very low today.. I didn’t just loose money but my time as well. As an international student, I know what kind of service you want-genuine and helpful..
